So what exactly is it?
The beauty of the CROWS system is that it’s an inter-connectible, all-steel, cargo-carrying, platform and filed storage system all rolled into one. For the customer this means faster and more efficient logistics. By rapidly reducing load time, optimising container space, and minimising the need for load repackaging, speedier distribution now means that our customers can meet the ever-increasing demands of their clientele, at a price they can afford.
CROWS platforms can also be stacked in various configurations when moving and storing equipment, so awkward loads are no longer a problem. Designed to move from ISO shipping container to truck to warehouse with consummate ease, the Container Roll-Out Warehousing system really is a game changer in the world of logistics and supply.
Here’s how it works
CROWS platforms are available in 20, 40, and 45 foot variations and will fit standardised ISO shipping containers. Designed to be stackable, thus optimising container space, Container Roll Out Warehousing Systems can also be clipped together using a series of interconnecting bolts – this means safer transportation on larger or bulkier items across a variety of flatbed trucks or standard MAFI trailers. In addition, they can be stacked up to 3 high for transportation and 4 high for warehousing and storage.
Speed and efficiency
The CROWS system has revolutionised the way in which we move goods and how quick we can get them to their destination. By increasing our speed and efficiency, customer waiting times are reduced further; while safer transportation means that the end customer gets their goods when they want them, and most importantly, how they want them.
Eco-friendly logistics
From an ecological standpoint CROWS laden platforms are containerised and secure. This reduces the risk of quarantine and more importantly the need for shrink wrap. Using this system also lowers the environmental footprint of cargo because there is less handling involved.
